As we know the breath is the vital force of energy (Prana). I really believe that the easiest and fastest way to feel relax is practicing conscious breathing. There are many techniques to help you oxygenate your lungs and feel relaxed.

Check my breathing techniques session on my YouTube channel Less Stress 4U and enjoy the great benefits of practicing daily deep breathing.

When we get stressed, we take shorter more shallow breaths, which affects our oxygen intake and energy level. Therefore, something goes wrong at work? Breathe. Do you have a problem at home? Breathe. Any time that you feel nervous or anxious, just take a moment to breathe deeply. Just focus on inhaling for two counts and then exhaling for two counts. Take five or ten breaths or as many as you need to feel calm again. As you are breathing, maybe you can think of a mantra-like: “I feel great” “I feel relax” or anything that resonates with you to start calming down. You will be so amazed by how fast you really start to feel calm and better.
Breathing is an instant energizer that can be done anywhere, and anytime.
Of course, that depending on your state of mind is the type of breathing technique that you want to practice. I just shared with you above the one way to help you relax and calm down by just breathing deeply.
I encourage you to try for 1 week practicing conscious breathing for 2 minutes every day, and it will become part of your energy foundation for the rest of your life.

Breathing tips:
If you work on the computer every day, pay attention to your breathing. We tend to hold our breath when we work intensely. Maybe you can make the word BREATHE your screen saver on your computer as a reminder.
Breathe in some 100% natural peppermint scent (essential oil, or the fresh plant) this is a great way to energize you especially in the morning, or when you feel fatigued or tired during the day at work. I love to use it in some of my sessions for a lion’s breath technique related to the throat chakra. Remember that you have to find what works for you, but it is a great idea to start developing a breathing technique that works for you and practice it every day.
