This month of February give yourself the Gift of being Present.

We seem to find ourselves living in the past or future for more than we are ever really in the Present, and it becomes almost impossible for us to truly be there for others, even those we care deeply about.

Meanwhile we are missing relationships ……

and we are missing out on life.

As life unfolds around us, we are either days behind or weeks ahead playing over moments that have been or longing for ones in the future.

In reality, neither of these actually exist. The only truly real moment is the one you are expecting right Now.

Practice: Try just for one day, being Present. Push away those nagging thoughts that want to distract you from where you actually are, who you are really with, and what is happening right in front of you.

Suddenly, life may start to become more interesting, more beautiful, and more appreciated.
