Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion to clarity…… Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
Gratitude makes us feel good. Feelings of gratitude release positive endorphins throughout the body, creating health.
Therefore, gratitude eradicates worry; which means you cannot be grateful and unhappy at the same time. That is why gratitude is the antidote to bitterness and resentment.
The more light you allow within you, the brighter the world you live in will be.
Gratitude opens our hearts. The most invisible creators are those artists whose medium is life itself. The one’s who express the inexpressible. Whatever their presence touches has increased life. They are the artists of being alive.
Gratitude connects to Spirit. If the only prayer you say in your whole life is “Thank You”, that is enough.
The most powerful agent of growth and transformation is something much more basic than any technique: A Grateful Heart.
The greatest of all miracles is to be alive, and that is why we should be grateful for the gift of living.
