Music is energy that vibrates with a certain frequency just as every one of our body and brain cells vibrate.
Vibration: We can say that it is a way of describing your overall state of being. Everything in the Universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. This includes you as well.
Therefore, if music is sound and vibration; that is why music is such a powerful healing tool.
When we hear music, sound and vibration, we also feel it at the cellular level and this boosts our mental, physical, and emotional energies.

Here are few tips to help you energize you with sound and music:
-Listen to relaxing music to help you unwind from a difficult day at work.
-When you feel tired or down and need an energy boost, listen to your favorite melody that adds a kick to your step.
-When you feel anxious and stress let it go through music that makes you shake it out of your system. (Check out the session in my channel called dynamic practice to release stress. It is a great session with music to help you let go of everything and relax and center at the same time)
